When I purchased this product it arrived much sooner than expected and found it to be exactly as described. I am very pleased. This tea doesn't require sugar, it tastes great plain. If you like green tea, you'll like this one too. I use 2 bags and make a great big pitcher and drink it like if it was water all day long. I don't exercise and have made no changes to my diet, and I've already noticed that my clothes fit loser and better than before. I recommend this tea to anyone on a diet, or whomever wants to lose a couple of extra pounds without the fuss of dieting.
