As a collegiate professor, Department of Business and Management, University of Maryland University College, Europe, I've used it in classes to illustrate the principles of product liability, to raise business ethics issues, and to examine the machinery of federal regulation. Resulting discussions have lasted for hours, and rank among the most interesting that I've facilitated. Kudos to the author!
