How It Works
Whole body vibration is achieved by being on a platform that vibrates at a high frequency, causing your muscles to contract and stretch to maintain balance without your brain being actively involved. I received my machine, put it together and I'm very impressed with it. Well built. I like the way the vibration plate vibrates. The plate actually vibrates, unlike the others that only go up and down, It actually moves in three directions.
I'm also amazed at how quiet and powerful this machine is.
