About Reebok
Reebok's United Kingdom-based ancestor company was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So, in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. I bought these sneakers for my mother and another pair for a friend of hers. They claim this model is more comfortable, because it doesn't have all the stitches/layers on top of the toes. It's more comfortable especially for people with arthritis on the toes.
