| Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - Was fun. I got this many years ago, around the 5th grade. It was great fun making and printing garfield comics. They come out looking just like something out of the printed books.
For obvious reasons, it is limited in what you can put into a comic strip. I remember having very few backgrounds to choose from. However, it was a simple drag-and-drop operation to place characters in many different poses. Speech and thought bubbles are also drag-and-drop, and you can put in whatever text you like.
However, it is in desperate need of updating. Computers and programming languages have come a long way since this was created. If Scholastic were to hire ONE decent programmer for a few weeks/months, he/she could rewrite this and make it much better. (higher resolution, please?)
Despite its limitations, it was a great program that I would recommend to any young garfield fan. + See Full Customer Review | |
