My sister has one as well...she uses it for her business + sends and receives a LOT of FAXes. I like the fact that it's on my desk and does it all! I don't have to unplug one cord to plug in another or move paper from one machine to the next! The answering system is great to have built-in and the caller ID is very handy--I'm not looking up FAX numbers.
