This 2 dvd set ( 130 minutes ) focuses strictly on the innumerable Brazilian beauties who dance and parade in the yearly Rio Carnival in fantastic feathered costumes, nearly nude, or in many cases totally nude in just body paint and sparkles! Brazilians evidently are not uncomfortable with nudity, sensuality or sexuality.. and in fact they celebrate it! This DVD set was a real eye opener for me!!! I doubt that there is anything else in the world that even approximates this display of music, dance, costumes and sensuality. And these ladies are spectacular and hardly in short supply. Now I know where the term "Amazon Woman" comes from ! None of the other Rio Carnival DVDs I bought as a result of seeing this one even come close to this 2 DVD set. Most just focus on the gargantuan floats and huge samba bands. At first, the initial shakiness and home video feel of the first section of the first disc is frustrating.. because the material is so spectacular... but it quickly gets better.. and gives you the feeling of " being there". Evidently Rio Rich has just come out with 2 new Rio DVD's which I just ordered... and he has a great website. Check it out !!! + See Full Customer Review
